We usually send you a preview of your artwork within 5 working days, all shipping times are quoted from the day you approve your artwork. Shipping times are a general estimate only. Changes and additional photo requests can of course prolong this estimate.

We will always ensure you are 100% happy with your portrait before we print and ship to you. You will receive a preview of your artwork within 5 working days for you to approve. At this stage you can make any changes you’d like. Once you’re happy, you can approve the portrait for print. We will then print and ship the art to you.
We will never ship artwork without your approval to ensure you get the best quality possible.
Any changes at this stage may affect shipping times.

Great experience getting portrait completed of our beloved family cat, Jaguar.
I had to send back the proofs several times before getting the image just right. The only comment I have is whenever I sent a proof back it stated "Proof Rejected" which I thought was a bit harsh; I like the thought that I was working in partnership with your team to get the image perfect---not rejecting anything, but perfecting the proof. It's semantics, but your team did a great job and I wasn't rejecting their work.

Once your order is placed, our friendly team will review all your photos uploaded and select the most suitable one for your chosen design. If none of your photos are suitable, we will email to ask for alternatives.
If you feel your photos do not meet our guidelines, we encourage you to take new ones if possible, to avoid any delays with your order.
We create your artwork, using the exact photo uploaded. It is your responsibility to submit a high quality photo that adheres to our guidelines. We cannot offer refunds for photos that do not meet the criteria outlined in our guide.
