We will always ensure you are 100% happy with your portrait before we print and ship to you. You will receive a preview of your artwork within 5 working days for you to approve. At this stage you can make any changes you’d like. Once you’re happy, you can approve the portrait for print. We will then print and ship the art to you.We will never ship artwork without your approval to ensure you get the best quality possible.
