I’m so incredibly impressed with these guys. The pictures I sent originally weren’t good enough quality. They reached out to let me know and not long after I sent them new photos, the print had arrived at my door. The best part is, after my husband accidentally threw out the print in the recycling, I contacted the company to let them know my predicament. Within a few days, a new print had arrived at my door, free of charge. That, is excellent customer service…. They care.
