GETTING THE BEST PHOTO
We’ve put together a few guidelines you need to follow to get the best portrait possible…
Photo must be taken at your pet's eye level
Try to get a photo down at your pet's eye level rather than from above. It's often best to try and get one of them looking slightly to the side too.
Photo is sharp and not blurry
Blurry images can't be used as they do not contain the detail needed for a good print. We can't sharpen an image if it is too blurry.
Include their head in full
Please include their entire face, ears, mouth, nose, eyes and any other features. We cannot add features in that aren't shown in the photo.
Taken in good light
Outdoor lighting always works best however direct sunlight can be equally bad as it casts harsh shadows. If you can't take a photo outside try to use the light from a window.

We use the exact photo you send to create your artwork so using the right image is crucial for acheiving the best results. To ensure this you can upload up to 6 photos to allow us choice in the creation process.
Once your order is complete our in house design team will create a high quality mock up from your photo. This will then be sent to you via email for you to approve.
Once approved your portrait will be printed and shipped to you.

Generally, if you live in the UK it takes 3-5 working days for orders to arrive with you once you have approved your preview. Changes and additional photo requests can prolong this. If you haven’t received your order within 10 working days please get in touch with us to let us know. International orders can take longer depending on where you live, but generally it takes 5 - 8 working days from the moment you approve your order.
