We will always ensure you are 100% happy with your portrait before we print and ship to you. You will receive a preview of your artwork within 5 working days for you to approve. At this stage you can make any changes you’d like. Once you’re happy, you can approve the portrait for print. We will then print and ship the art to you.
We will never ship artwork without your approval to ensure you get the best quality possible.
Any changes at this stage may affect shipping times.

Great picture, received quickly. The first photos I uploaded did not meet the criteria but the process of changing them was very quick and easy, I ended up uploading a selection so the choice could be put in to more expert hands! Ours is of both of our dogs together, one is very big and one is tiny, the picture depicts their heads as a similar size so this may be worth considering, however was perfect for us as my tiny dog likes to think he is big so this captured him perfectly, he looks very imposing which I am sure he would appreciate!Paper was great quality, image is in style of a painting.When I showed to the rest of the household the reaction was laughterr all round!

Once your order is placed, our friendly team will review all your photos uploaded and select the most suitable one for your chosen design. If none of your photos are suitable, we will email to ask for alternatives.
If you feel your photos do not meet our guidelines, we encourage you to take new ones if possible, to avoid any delays with your order.
We create your artwork, using the exact photo uploaded. It is your responsibility to submit a high quality photo that adheres to our guidelines. We cannot offer refunds for photos that do not meet the criteria outlined in our guide.
