The entire concept is fantastic! Easy transaction, fabulous print and great customer service. I even had to hide it from friend’s husbands, because they were scared they would end up with an entire gallery in their own homes!
My only complaint was the packaging/shipping process. I was disappointed to receive our unframed print warped and in a triangular shape. We ordered it unframed for a reason. I contacted customer service who responded promptly, apologized and sent me out a priority reprint. Only, however, for it to arrive in the same fashion. We ended up having to frame, as we could not flatten either print.
Looks great regardless - just wasn’t our original plan.

I recently found out my little cat has heart disease and will have a limited life...so I decided to get a portrait done of him as a king, for a keepsake. I was blown away by how beautiful it was and It actually brought me to tears (happy tears).Every step of the way the company contact you letting you know what's happening, you then get a sample e-mailed and have the option to change anything, I didn't because it was perfect I came through the post very quickly and didn't disappoint...printed on high quality textured paper it looked amazing.I absolutely recommend purr & mutt!
