Love my picture! The whole process was quick too, and postage, and it was packed well.
Only thing I’d say is there isn’t much choice on frames I didn’t like the few options they had to pick from they look cheap so would like to see more choice maybe some more ornate frames as the renaissance image I chose would look better in a frame like that, with tge option of a mount. This would really enhance the product as it’s printed on really good quality paper. Other than that I’m really pleased.

When I received my first email back to approve the picture, my Black Labrador looked a little brown so I asked them to darken it a little, which they did, and I was happy with it. When I received the print, I didn't realise that it was going to have a white border around it, which just didn't look right in the old fashioned type frame I had bought elsewhere. I contacted Purr & Mutt, asking if it was possible to have the border removed and offering to send the original back. They said they would redo the print and I didn't need to send the original back. I now have a fantastic 'pawtrait' that I love!
