We will always ensure you are 100% happy with your portrait before we print and ship to you. You will receive a preview of your artwork within 5 working days for you to approve. At this stage you can make any changes you’d like. Once you’re happy, you can approve the portrait for print. We will then print and ship the art to you.

We will never ship artwork without your approval to ensure you get the best quality possible.

These guys are amazing, so talented and accommodating! I had an issue with the crackle effect obscuring my pets faces on the queen & duchess option. It just looked odd, especially against lighter coloured fur. It’s unfortunately something that i missed from the preview as it looks like it’s part of the overlay to stop you using the preview. Regardless, they sent me a version without the crackle effect within a day & I couldn’t be happier with it. I’ve already passed this company name onto several friends who will also be making purchases for Xmas. Amazing, thankyou!
