All our items are shipped using a fully tracked service to any country, and best of all it's completely FREE!
Shipping times are a general estimate only. Changes and additional photo requests can of course prolong this estimate.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 working days, AFTER APPROVAL, please get in touch with us to let us know. Any items lost in transit will of course be reprinted and resent.
Approval Process
We will always ensure you are 100% happy with your portrait before we print and ship to you. You will receive a preview of your artwork within 5 working days for you to approve. At this stage you can make any changes you’d like. Once you’re happy, you can approve the portrait for print. We will then print and ship the art to you.
We will never ship artwork without your approval to ensure you get the best quality possible.
Any changes at this stage may affect shipping times.

I first heard about about purr & mutt when my sister got me a portrait of my dog for my birthday! It’s got to be the best birthday present I have ever received! So after Christmas I ordered my self another one and I was not disappointed!! If you feel your photos do not meet our guidelines, we encourage you to take new ones if possible, to avoid any delays with your order.
We create your artwork, using the exact photo uploaded. It is your responsibility to submit a high quality photo that adheres to our guidelines. We cannot offer refunds for photos that do not meet the criteria outlined in our guide.
